Before becoming a coach, I gained valuable experience working in IT and business management with Fortune 500 companies. Over time, I realized my passion had shifted toward personal development, first with myself and then with others, leading me to pursue coaching.
This journey led me to life coaching and hypnosis, where I help others discover more about themselves and uncover the hidden patterns that have been guiding their lives without their awareness.
Now, as a certified Strategic Life Coach and Consulting Hypnotist, I’ve supported professionals, entrepreneurs, and healers in developing the clarity, confidence, and resilience they need to move forward in their personal or professional lives.
Beyond my work, I’m a mom to a sassy 9 year old, wife to an amazing husband, and a lifelong learner of personal development and spiritual growth. As a Reiki Level 3 Healer and Akashic Records Practitioner, I love exploring energy healing and soul wisdom.
